Booked a last minute, much needed, mother daughter massage today. Emily and Cici were wonderful. Excellent massages including hot stone. Really worked the tightness out of my shoulder. Thank you! Beautiful place, service and atmosphere.
I fell in love with this place the moment I visited! The masseur was incredibly professional, with precise techniques that targeted every single sore spot. The pressure could be adjusted at any time, and the kneading and pressing movements were spot-on.
While this is not a five star Spa facility you cannot beat the price and the massage was fantastic. $100 for an hour and a half massage WOW AND most of the time was spent on back and shoulders -when you go to these cheaper, Massage locations they tend to be more feet hands, Etc If you want complete luxury accommodations, go check out the prices at Woodhouse Spa, etc. it's more than double the price! "Swedish Body Balance Massage 50 Min- $150.00" SOOO be understanding when they're running their business at these prices, they can't have a receptionist -they're gonna get interrupted and people are inconsiderate about their arriving on time for appointments. They did the best they could. So make a choice! We did and we will be back my husband and I enjoyed it. Thank you!! And tip Please!!!
I recently visited this massage location and, while the actual massage itself was good, the overall experience was disappointing due to unprofessional behavior. First, the appointment started late with no real acknowledgment or apology for the delay even tho my wife’s was on time.But Being on time is important, especially when customers schedule ahead and plan their day around an appointment. After the massage, the staff repeatedly asked for a tip several times. I had already explained politely that I would be happy to tip on my next visit in two weeks, but the requests continued. Being asked for a tip multiple times after giving an answer made the situation uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. Again, the massage itself was solid, but professionalism and customer experience matter just as much as the service. I hope management addresses punctuality and how tipping is handled with customers so future visits feel more comfortable.
Get a message here, you wont regret it!!!! Xixi(pronounced Cece) was phenomenal. She speaks little English but was very professional and used a phone translator when needed. I was in alot of pain in my lower back and shoulders. Walking in was painful. 90 minutes latter I walked out with happy delight and pain free.The next day I am sore but a good sore. I asked for deep and it was deep. I will be back, and I loved her technique and the hot rice bags. She even was on the table at one point and her gentle push after being relaxed adjusted my back, it went back into place, I could feel it. What I didn't tell her is I went to a chiropractor 2 days previously to get adjusted for should pain and the next day my lower back was so jacked up, I could hardly walk or bend down. It is not a high end location with too many spa choices, which is not what I am paying for. It is a place where you will get the care you need and the healthy benifit of a phenomenal message.
